All the buzz on the news (besides controversy over “The Passion”, which I want to see), is over Bush’s decision to back a constiutional amendment banning gay marriage. Is this a move pandering to the majority of the country that is against gay marriage, or is it risky considering that it is an actual amendment to our most sacred legal document?
I support gay marriages! Say it loud and proud! It’s not just a matter of the name itself, but also about the perks that come with being married. (Correct me if I am wrong but there are tax breaks/lower taxes for married people.)
So what do you think? Also, if someone wants to take me to go see “The Passion” let me know.
