I just finished Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West, it was mad good. It’s based in the world of Oz, as seen from a different point of view. This is not a fairy-tale to read to kids; the book deals with mature topics like the inhumanity [my word choice should make you smile once you’ve read the book] of class distinctions and the nature of evil. You’ll become intimate with the witch through her youth and eventual downfall. Although some of you may prefer more terse prose, I loved the writing style, which is descriptive and epic. Read it!

Alright people, when I post entries offering free anime cd’s, the first person to ask for them gets them (except in the case of the Naruto CDs which I specifically asked for a trade for). If you see someone has already asked for them, don’t try and ask for them also. Right now:
