I’ve been staying at home, in Glen Mills, the past few days, helping my father finish our basement. He plans to put a home theater, dance floor, and a room for the ping pong table down there. So far, we are less than half-way finished constructing and installing the room frames.
Since the only online access here is through dial-up, there is practically nothing to do besides programming or reading; therefore, I just finished Angels and Demons. Yeah, I am so mainstream.
Yesterday, I drove for the first time in awhile. I travelled from my parent’s house to my apartment, getting a bit lost in the process. It felt good to behind the wheel again, but still kind of scary. Ever since the accident I had in the summer of 2000, I have been a nervous driver.
Since I’ve been home, I’ve had homecooked meals everyday. It feels great to have that luxury once again. My mommy makes the best nummy nums ever!
