How To Finish a Basement: Step 1
You will be carrying lots of supplies to the basement. Studs, wiring, drop ceiling tiles, beams, and drywall. There must be adequate space to fit all of these items through your stairwell and onto the floor or other storage area. If there is not enough space, make space. With a sledgehammer, if need be.
